Later, he received his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Francisco. Over the past 15 years, Mr. Chiang has received the following designations and certifications: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER(TM) professional, Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).
